เครื่องทดสอบและวัดอัตราการหลอมไหลของเทอร์โมพลาสติก หรือเรียกกันว่าเครื่อง Melt Flow Index Tester โดยจะเป็นการทดสอบและวัดเพื่อหาค่าความหนืดของวัสดุ (Material viscosities) แบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ (semi-auto) โดยใช้แขนกล (arm robot) ทำงานจนครบขบวนการทดสอบ และรวมถึงการทำความสะอาดเบ้าหลอมเหลว โดยขั้นตอนการทดสอบจะอ้างอิงตามมาตรฐานต่างๆที่กำหนดเช่น ISO-1133-1 หรือ ASTM-D1238 เป็นต้น

- ทำงานด้วยระบบแขนกล (robot arm) จนครบขบวนการทดสอบการวัดอัตราการหลอมไหล (Injection > Testing > Measurement)
- การทำความสะอาดเบ้าหลอมด้วยระบบแขนกล (robot arm) พร้อมการหมุนทำความสะอาดที่ 270 องศา
